Amana RR-10

I have an Amana RR-10, got it in 1977 great MW. The other day the door got shut a little harder than normal, the display when dead. I unplugged it and waited. Plugged it back in display on and working. This game of cat and mouse has now been going on for about two weeks. Today took the front panel off to chack for a loose wire. None found, cleaned in there while I had the panel open. Back together still playing the game. Really don't want to give up the "Big Box". Ideas, Help!!!

I have an RR-10 that works great except the touch pad has started erroneous inputs. Doubling characters and incorrect numbers on some of the keys. Tried disconnecting from the wall and reconnecting later but still the same problem. Is it just the touch panel or could it be something deeper. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
