AEG Lavamat W830 washer - control card

Card model is AKO VS71
It has a transistor or possibly an SCR vertically standing attached to a metal heat-sink plate at the right side of the image
Supposed to be activating the motor
Can anyone tell me the model of this component so i can find a replacement
Does anyone has the schematics/parts list

After further close inspection of the inscription on the component that I have, guided by the options that you have linked, seems that it is indeed a BTB16-800SW.
