You need to look at projects done in the past by students in your course to determine the sort of thing you are expected to do (complexity, etc).
You are probably best advised to do something connected to a field that you are interested in and know something about.
Maybe you could come up with a design for a robot which answers questions like "Can you tell me what project to do for my final year of xxxxx" because we get that question a lot.
Practically, I have no idea of your skills or interests, nor of the expected nature or complexity of the project. So I can't easily answer.
