AC signal to antenna

I want to bring AC signal to a RF antenna. I have found one option that is VCO. Is there other option how can I bring input signal to RF antenna?

No intention for now. Just want to get hand on experience. And yes is the same issue. I just want to try if the Antenna works on the simple level. Then try other project. Maybe some Arduino and things. But as I said is a start hand on experience.

How would you test your setup?
Transmitting RF using an antenna can void rules.
There are strickt rules for using RF.
