the alarm rings and remind me about mobile??????

It's called a proximity alarm. The problem is what do you do if you forget to take the proximity alarm with you?

That's a little different. It detects proximity by a reflected signal. Probably not going to work unless nouman keeps it pointed to his phone at all times. If he remembers that, he won't forget his phone

that alarm can attached with a watch or car keys
thats y i am in search of non directional sensors that transmitts signals in 10ft radius

apart from the fact that it's directional, if it was connected to your phone and pointed to a wall, it would be the wall that would have to move to get the alarm to go off.
