A Better 2N2222A

I have an application for which a 2N2222A is a good fit, except the
maximum Vceo of the 2N2222A is 40V. I need a Vceo of at least 60V. Is
there a transistor with similar characteristics to the 2N2222A in an
SOT-23 or SOT-223 package but with Vceo of at least 60V? I am
particularly interested in a device with an fT roughly as good as the
2N2222A's 300 MHz.
