9V AC power supply odd behavior

hello everybody, new to the board

i've got a prob with this tranny

model: Block VCM 36/2/

specs: 36VA, 230V pri, 2x0-9V se

i'm using a secondary to feed a midi footcontroller Rocktron Al

as soon as i do this, the display of the footcontroller i
"floating"..
this happens with this tranny only, no matter if i have somethin
conencted to the other secondary or no

no other conponents are used, only tranny-->footcontrolle

could anybody point me in the rigth direction to solve the problem
