6KVA UPS Inverter is not charging the batteries

Iv got a 6kva ups and it's not charging the batteries and it beeps continuously and the battery level is low..tried to restart it but it still beeps

Sounds like the batteries may need replacing.
Have you checked the manual for beep codes/errors or continuous beep tone?
