I am wondering how to do this. I've been researching tons of articles and different circuits for the past few days, but none of them have done what I want.
A lot of the circuits I looked at would only allow minimum duty cycle changes without affecting the frequency. The closest thing I could find is here : http://www.learnabout-electronics.org/Oscillators/osc44.php
I am trying to ultimately achieve a circuit that would change duty cycle from 1% to 99% while keeping the frequency at 200Hz. I would keep it in a box and control using a pot or rotary switch.
