4 Wire Resistive Touch Screen

Hi, I need to use a resistive touch screen (4 wire) in my project but I don't know how to connect that with arduino.

I always look for a TFT screen or a Kiosk/POS (Point of Sale) terminal you get the screen, if needed and T.S. with USB ir RS232 interface.
Many surplus ELO etc.

Am I correct that you already have this screen? If not, don't buy that, just get one of the cheap screens from amazon for example, which come with programs to drive them. $12 to $30 price range, I have several, they all work fairly easily. (Also slowly, in most cases )
