3 phase engine Granulator automatic reverse Help

Hi,

I'am trying to fabricate a plastic granulator and in my conception, i'am trying to use a 3 phase motor when the loads goes over certain Amp it will cause the motor automaticaly to reverse rotation for certain time and then reverse again to normal rotation. Is there any electronic diagram that can do that . i'am very in mecanique but i dont know much about electronic
