2SK94, 2N5360, J202 (SMD version)

I am looking after 2SK94 (N-Channel JFET) SMD version.

2N5360 and J202 seem to be good replacements.

All of them seem too old, difficult to find. RS do not have them,
Farnell has J202 but not it's SMD version: MMBFJ202.

I am in Europe (Portugal) and I just need about 10 of them.

Have a look at vishay/siliconix SST202, available at mouser.

Farnell/RS carry the SST201, which might suit your needs... or not.
