2N2222A

Hello,

A question plz

can i replace 2n2222a transistor to ZTX450???

if yes , the pinout is the same directions?? E B C legs

thanx

Allow me to help you, help us, help you, with a suggestion.

You could lookup their datasheets, link to them, and list the relevant parameters your circuit needs. The datasheets will also picture the pinouts.

Interestingly enough, some datasheets I found for the 2N2222a and the ZTX450 suggest they have exactly opposite pinouts (others indicate they're in totally different packages).

On the basis that a 2N2222 is often specified where some random NPN transistor can be used, the ZTX450 is possibly OK (as long as you place it in the circuit with the package rotated 180 degrees from how you would the 2N2222).

First of all, it is unlikely you have any 2N2222A’s. They come in a metal can.

If you have a TO92 package it is either a pn2222 or a p2n2222, which have different pinouts.

So, what exactly do you have?

Ok, that mean what?? i notice that some say they exactly the same with higher ampere , some say they opposite pinout like the difference between 2n2222 with pn2222
i am new in electronics , any way i want the pinout of the ztx450
thanx
