2 alternators

im usually found on car audio forum, but i have a question about alternators

the system that i am currently building can pull close to 300A at max output (with out clipping)

ofcoarse the factory alternator would not even touch this amout of current draw, so a second high output alternator is required.
heres my question, if you ran 2 alternators can they both charge the same battery bank?

You would be better off using a large capacitor/capacitor bank, a high output alternator and one large or two mid/large batteries, I'm guessing that the 300A will be a momentary peak here and there and not a constant draw, there are alternators that output 200+ amps which should be more than enough for a stereo which peaks at 300
