12v fans for ducting

I have a slow combustion heater in one room and I am thinking of running
some small insulated duct from this room into another to use some of the
heat generated.

I have a solar system with excess capacity and am thinking of using maybe a
couple of 12v fans in the duct to transfer the heat.

Anyone done this before and can recommend suitable fans?

Large fans as found in computers maybe?

Open for suggestions on this one.

Those fans are pretty noisy and unlikely to be suitable for use internally
in a home.
Moving warm air any distance to be effective takes more doing than people
realise.
